Mathematics tutorBachelor of Advanced Computing (Computer Science),Bachelor of Mathematical Sciences
Hi there! I am a first class honours graduate student from the ANU where I attained a double degree in Advanced Computing (Honours) (R&D) and Mathematical Sciences with a GPA of 6.7. During years 11 and 12 in high school, I tutored Maths and Python Programming in my school library as part of an after-school program called Studylab. After I left school I tutored a student studying Maths Methods throughout their time in years 11 and 12. Since 2022, I had the privilege of being a linear algebra tutor to first-year students in China, and for the first semester of 2024 I was also an ordinary differential equations tutor under the same program. After I finished my honours thesis on Large Language Model Confidence Calibration, I became a volunteer lecturer for a Linear Algebra reading group hosted by a member of the Okanagan College in Canada. I also have experience in the fields of Computer Vision, Interactive Theorem Proving, and Computer Programming using languages such as Python, C++, MATLAB/Octave, Haskell, and Java. Though I am still committing to numerous endeavours, I never lose sight of what is most important: connecting with and helping high school and uni students learn Maths and Computer Science. I enjoy working with students who are struggling as well as those who wish to go above and beyond! So if you need help, please don't hesitate to contact me. I look forward to catching up with you. Thank you!

Management, hr, and business administration tutorBachelor of Business Administration
About I am a Civil Engineer from a respected institute in India. I have done my Post graduation in Project Management with expertise in Construction from RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia. As a Civil Engineer, I have experience of working at different construction sites and fulfilling the requirement according to the Building Standard Code of knowledge, supervising, and managing projects using design and development software like AutoCAD. Experience in liaising with clients, contractors, and subcontractors, cost estimation of projects from scratch to Built-up, layout plans and implementation strategy, and other important tasks. I am also a Vedic Mathematics certified professional for calculating and evaluating mathematical problems. As a Project Manager, I am a High-achieving management professional possessing excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills. Devises innovative solutions to resolve business and technology challenges. Eager to advance business goals through careful team management. A dedicated individual, successful at workflow planning and staff retention strategies. Boosts productivity through innovative management and mentorship. Keen to apply new and emerging project organization techniques to increase overall performance. I am proficient in working at Microsoft Project, Trello management software, Jira Agile Software, with knowledge of PMBOK, Project Management tools, and software. I am a self-motivated individual supporting initiative and spearheading public relations efforts. Strategic role in addressing gaps and creating meaningful engagement alliances. Managed multiple projects identified strategies for campaigns and events. An enthusiastic person with superior skills in working in both team-based and independent capacities. I bring in strong work ethics and excellent organizational skills as per the requirement. Excited to bring above-average user skills in information technology and proficient in managing a project through agile methodologies integrated with design thinking. What Sets me Apart: I have knowledge and experience of working at substantially different projects. So I can easily make tutoring integrated with different life experiences, making it understandable, and identifying key conceptual learning. I have been a mentor and guided students to prepare for their assignments, exams, and key concepts of preparation. My genuine ready to help attitude for knowledge succession sets me apart. I have an optimistic attitude and am open to the everyday challenges of life. I am a confident individual who makes sure that the student learns and grasps the concept while I aim to teach by relating it to real-life examples. I am flexible to take classes from 7 am-10 pm as per the student's schedule and am ready to give extra time if required. Unique Method of Teaching: I am passionate to teach and look forward to passing on the knowledge I have but to also gain from my students in any possible way. I believe that apart from theoretical knowledge, I focus on teaching through videos/ presentations and real-life examples. Technology keeps on improving and what is better than using them all to explain a concept. In subjects related to project management and engineering streams where notes are required, I highlight the important concepts and explain them on the whiteboard when taking classes online. I have a positive attitude even when the student is wrong, I correct them by not saying that they were wrong but by picking up the same topic and explaining it accurately. Instead of spoon-feeding all the information, I expect students to brainstorm ideas. I motivate the student to think in various aspects which would help them broaden their horizon in the future. If required, I am open to giving small assignments to the student, which can help understand the concept better. How the teaching style is different from others: I revise the concept in the next class before starting a new topic. As each student has a different way of studying, I do not impose a particular way of teaching on them. Rather than imposing a streamlined method, I am open to feedback and can teach from basic to expert level as per the student requirement. The way I teach stands out because I do provide regular positive feedback to students which helps to constantly motivate my students and making them feel they are the future of the community. I am not an expert and do not see students as empty vessels. When it comes to tutoring, I am more like a coach who acts like a guide rather than a person who claims to be an expert. The sessions are more enjoyable when it is an interactive session rather than a one-way teaching and learning process.
